Sydney Opera House Located along the Sydney Harbour foreshore, the world famous landmark by the Danish designer Jorn Utzon is not to be missed. Free daily guided tour of the interior is on offer and it is also the ideal location for photographs of the deepest natural harbour in the world.

Taronga Zoological Park Taronga Zoo on the hillside of Bradley's Head, is the world's third largest zoo. The magnificent tourist attraction is accessible by ferry from Circular Quay, with a direct entry at the wharf and a cable car ride to the top of the zoo.

Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb A climbing tour of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, the world's widest long-span bridge. The tours are conducted from dawn to dusk, with a photo session at "Blinky Bill" at the very apex of the bridge.

Blue Mountains Day Tour The pristine Blue Mountains is a wonderful place to visit for those with a few days spare. The world heritage listed national park is famous for the daytime 'blue mist', caused by evaporation of the oil from the eucalypt trees. Stop offs at Leura, Katoomba, Blackheath are a must, as well as lunch at the renowned MGallery Fairmont Resort.

Queen Victoria Building, Pitt Street Mall & Castlereagh Street for those wishing to indulge in the best shopping Australia has to offer. With over 500 speciality stores and eateries, these are the 'must do' of the shopping in Sydney. The newly opened Westfields complex below Sydney Tower is an experience, as is the architecture and grandeur of the Queen Victoria Building. Those wishing for designer boutiques should head directly towards Castlereagh Street, where names like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Cartier and Bvlgari await.

In the belly of the hotel you'll find the Schwartz Brewery, a state of the art 8hl microbrewery on show for all to see.

You can experience all the processes from grain to glass and watch our brewers bottle our finest brews in a purpose built bottling plant.

Our beers are handcrafted in small batches from the finest natural ingredients, have no additives or preservatives and are brewed without compromise.

Entertainment
The Schwartz Brewery Hotel main bar 'The Mac' is a retro-heritage space that some of Australia's most contemporary artists call home. By night, it's a relaxed live music environment with a friendly casual atmosphere and great music. During the day it keeps its laid back atmosphere catering for the locals and surrounding businesses.

Upstairs on the first floor, Ravál is an eclectic cocktail bar that also has full staging and PA equipment for special events and record launches etc.
The intimate size, comfy surrounds and fantastic production make for an entertainment experience unlike any other in Sydney.

Restaurant
'Bill and Toni's Pub Life' is also located on the first floor. An offshoot of the famous Bill & Toni's of Stanley Street, Pub Life mixes a blend of tradition with a contemporary flair, to provide an affordable and satisfying pub dining experience
